I switched from Comcast to Direct TV thinking I was getting better service and better packages for cable and internet. The original order was placed on June 7, 2017 I was told installation would be Monday 6/12 I even have an email from AT&T but no one came. I called and they said they made an error and can not come out till 6/28 this is unacceptable and I am ready to quit the service as I was bounced around from dpt to dpt and over 2.5 hours on the phone with multiple people trying to help me. I suspended my service for a vacation hone in December. It was not handled properly and I am still being billed. I was told on 3/29 that a credit would be issued but it was not and now they are backing off. I am told that in 30 days the suspicion is lifted and I am notified, not what happened, what are my recourses. More...

NEVER, NEVER BELIEVE, TRUST OR SUBSCRIBE TO DIRECT TV & ATT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday was the day from H E L L . I have never ever experienced such incompetence, disrespect, and indifference from any business that I was trying to purchase a service from. Over an eight hour period on the phone speaking to no less than two dozen ATT and Directtv associates they could not get my installation coordinated. I was lied to, disconnected, and indifferently appologized to over and over again by associates in the sales, sales support, installation, and customer loyalty/retention departments.... More...
