  • DirectTV Genie system and horrible customer support

    I have been a long time customer of Direct TV. I have never had as many problems with them as I have had since we upgraded to the new Genie. I have been without service on several occasion and have spent hours on the phone with customer service. Tonight was a totally different experience as I realized the have no concern except for the bottom line. You see my service is OUT... AGAIN. Here is how this is different.
